מידומחיקת חשבון מידו
מידו מאפשרת למחוק את החשבון ואת המידע האישי שלך ישירות מתוך האפליקציה, או בפנייה במייל. אין צורך לבקש רשות ואין תקופת המתנה.
מתוך האפליקציה (הדרך המהירה)
- פתחו את מידו והתחברו.
- עברו אל עוד ← מחיקת חשבון.
- עברו על מה שיימחק ואשרו.
המחיקה מיידית ולצמיתות. אם יש לכם הזמנות פעילות או קרובות, או החזר כספי בתהליך, תתבקשו לטפל בהם קודם.
במייל (בלי האפליקציה)
שלחו מייל אל midooapp@gmail.com מהכתובת המקושרת לחשבון שלכם, עם הנושא "מחיקת חשבון". נטפל בבקשה תוך זמן סביר ונאשר בתשובה.
מה נמחק ומה נשמר
נמחק: הפרופיל, השם, כתובת המייל, מספר הטלפון, תמונת הפרופיל, פרופילי חיות המחמד והתמונות שלהן, פרופיל המטפל/ת והזמינות, אסימוני ההתראות, ופרטי חשבון הבנק והמס (למעט מקום שבו יש לשמור רישום תשלום לצורכי מס). ההתחברות נחסמת לצמיתות.
נשמר באופן אנונימי: רשומות הזמנות, תשלומים, ביקורות, הודעות, עדכוני כרטיס מידו ומסלולי טיול — כנדרש לצורכי חוק, מס ומניעת הונאה, ולשמירת התיעוד של הצד השני להזמנה. השם, התמונה ופרטי הקשר שלכם מוסרים מהן.

Delete your mido account
mido lets you delete your account and personal data directly inside the app, or by email. You don't need to ask permission, and there is no waiting period.
In the app (fastest)
- Open mido and sign in.
- Go to More → Delete account.
- Review what will be deleted and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. If you have active or upcoming bookings, or a refund still in progress, you'll be asked to resolve those first.
By email (no app needed)
Email midooapp@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will process the request within a reasonable time and confirm by reply.
What is deleted, what is kept
Deleted: your profile, name, email address, phone number, profile photo, pet profiles and their photos, sitter listing and availability, push notification tokens, and your bank and tax details (except where a payment record must be retained for tax purposes). Sign-in is permanently disabled.
Kept in anonymised form: booking, payment, review, and message records, Mido Card updates, and walk routes — as required for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes, and so the other party to a booking keeps their own records. Your name, photo, and contact details are removed from them.
